We ship all orders within 2 business days of receiving clear payment. To ensure the safety of your metals, our shipping methods vary based on the total value of your order.
Orders $100-$900
- Cost: $10.00 Flat Rate
- Carrier: FedEx Ground, USPS Ground Advantage, or USPS Priority.
- Note: The specific carrier is selected at our discretion to ensure the most efficient delivery for your location.
- Special Requests: If you require a specific carrier or service, please contact us prior to purchasing to arrange accommodations.
Orders $900 and Above
- Cost: $17.00 Flat Rate
- Carrier: FedEx 2Day®
- Security: Fully insured with Signature Required upon delivery.
Processing Time
Most packages are compact (typically 7" x 4" x 2") and discreet. Once your payment is processed, your items will be prepared and shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your label is created.
Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is vital to us. We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
Defective Items: If an item arrives defective or does not match its description, it is eligible for a return.
