Shipping Rates and Methods

Orders are prepared within 2 business days of receiving clear payment. Shipping methods vary based on total order value and security needs.

Orders $100-$900

• Cost: $10.00 flat rate.
• Carrier: FedEx Ground, USPS Ground Advantage, or USPS Priority.
• The carrier is selected at Polyak's discretion for efficient delivery.
• Contact the store before purchasing if a specific carrier or service is required.

Orders $900 and Above

• Cost: $17.00 flat rate.
• Carrier: FedEx 2Day.
• Security: fully insured with signature required on delivery.

Processing Time

Once payment is processed, items are prepared and shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Tracking is sent when the label is created.

Returns Policy

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Defective or misdescribed items require email contact within the return window, clear photographs, and original packaging/condition.

Because precious metals prices are volatile, non-defective returns for market fluctuation or preference changes are generally not accepted.
