## Shipping Rates and Methods

Orders are prepared within 2 business days of receiving clear payment. Orders from $100 to $900 use a $10 flat rate; orders $900 and above use a $17 flat rate with insured FedEx 2Day and signature delivery.

## Returns Policy

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Because precious-metals prices are volatile, non-defective returns for market fluctuation or preference changes are generally not accepted.
